This week’s staff spotlight is on the amazing producer @Axel Arzola
- What is your job role?
I am a creative producer, in charge of new projects for marketing and production. - How did your career at IT begin?
I started working at Impact Theory editing a series of videos for Lisa where she shared some serious advice with a lot of humor. First, these videos were for Instagram, and then we started making longer versions for YouTube. - What do you actually do day-to-day?I’m in charge of new videos and styling for previous shows. Always trying to raise the level of production and have the best possible image within the budget we have. I support with creative ideas for marketing videos, Tom’s and Lisa’s channel videos, and also ideas for how to promote NFTs.
- What do you love most about working for IT?The people I work with is my favorite part of the company. Everyone is always looking for how to do global level work, but also have a lot of fun working with our friends. I love the culture we have and I really enjoy spending time outside of work with my Impact Theory family.
- Fav book or podcast?
12 Rules for Life by Jordan Peterson and Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins. Goggins podcast with Tom is a cannon and I love it. - Fun fact about you?My feature film Literary Ink was my first film with distribution on Amazon and Apple TV. I love tattoos and that movie is very special to me.
