The LegendaryDAO was formed by Impact theory key holders. Our mission at TheLegendaryDAO is to create a community where we share alpha and help each other succeed in this fast paced NFT space.
We buy NFTs from blue chip NFTs based on the shared community knowledge. So by being part of the DAO you can get upside of being owning part of blue chip NFTs without the downside of having invested a huge amount of ETH in a single NFT. You also get access to analysis from those who hustle in NFTs 24*7.
Decisions are made through voting. $alpha is an ERC-20 token which serves as the governance token of the DAO. The % of tokens you have with respect to all tokens in circulation is the % of your ownership in DAO’s vault and hence the DAO’s assets.
There are 2 tiers in the Growth Mindset NFT Collection: 0.1 ETH and 0.4 ETH.
50 NFTs in Heroic tier: that costs 0.1 ETH will be equivalent to having 75k $alpha.
20 NFTs in Legendary tier: that costs 0.4 ETH will be equivalent to having 350k $alpha.
In the first funding cycle, we had raised 12 ETH and through collective decision making have spent that to add the following assets to the DAO’s vault:
10ktf blank socks, NFT by Fewocious, m(11) merge by Pak, 2 cool pets, 0N1force, 10ktf scissors (currently staked), 20k $wool (currently staked).
We’ll also get a vee friends airdrop for staking the $wool in AJ Vaynerchuck’s team + be able to mint Epic 10ktf socks from our 0n1 and blank socks.
If you want to get part ownership to the DAO’s vault then you can participate in this funding cycle. – 100% of funds raised will go to the DAO’s wallet, including 100% of the royalties.
To exit you can sell your NFT on secondary. The DAO will also facilitate officially exiting on July 31st where you can exchange your $alpha/NFT for your percentage share of ETH from the DAO’s holdings. Those who plan to stick beyond 31st July will get their share of profits distributed on 31st July as well.
